This skill is the pinicale of what is achievable for a shapeshifting
druid.  Quite simply it allows the shapeshifter to transform between
two different creatures without the need of returning to their true
form.

Because of the nature of the skill required, only the most dedicated
of druids have achieved this ability.  Additionally it is not a
perfect process and is prone to failure, luckily so far non of the
consequences have left the druid incapacitated.
